Procedimiento de aplicaci\u00f3n Si una vez realizada una solicitud de informaci\u00f3n accesible o queja, \u00e9sta hubiera sido desestimada, no se estuviera de acuerdo con la decisi\u00f3n adoptada, o la respuesta no cumpliera los requisitos contemplados en el art\u00edculo 12.5, la persona interesada podr\u00e1 iniciar una reclamaci\u00f3n. Igualmente se podr\u00e1 iniciar una reclamaci\u00f3n en el caso de que haya transcurrido el plazo de veinte d\u00edas h\u00e1biles sin haber obtenido respuesta. La reclamaci\u00f3n puede ser presentada trav\u00e9s de la Instancia Gen\u00e9rica de la Sede electr\u00f3nica del Ministerio de Asuntos Econ\u00f3micos y Transformaci\u00f3n Digital , as\u00ed como en el resto de opciones recogidas en la Ley 39\/ 2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Com\u00fan de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas.
